Women Are Physical

If we are to love others, we must first learn to love ourselves -- and that includes our bodies. Do you love your body? Many times sexual abuse or misuse is the reason we first came to hate our bodies and our femininity. And many times the memories of the abuse are buried so deep they are not connected to the way we abuse our bodies by becoming anorexic, bulemic, or obese. There is help and healing for you.

The Thin Disguise

There is a reason for overeating. Perhaps you are trying to "stuff down" anger and unpleasant emotions, or maybe you are trying to "fill up" an empty heart. It all has to do with relationships - relationships between you and others, between you and food, between your heart and your stomach.
