An Irish Wish
A sunbeam to warm you, good luck to charm you,
And a sheltering angel so nothing can harm you,
Laughter to cheer you, faithful friends near you,
And whenever you pray, Heaven to hear you.
May your joys be deep and many,
May your heart be light and glad,
May you have the best St. Patrick's Day
That you have ever had.

Ireland Ireland is a land of historic sites. Many hundreds of buildings, dotted throughout the countryside, celebrate the architectural heritage of the great houses with their ghosts or eponymous families still in residence. Enjoy the formal grandeur of the houses built for the colonising Anglo-Irish or their descendants or explore earlier heritages; Iron Age settlements, medieval town reconstructions, and ancient burial sites.
